Today was abs day. Let me tell you...I am more sore than I have ever been in my life. I am working muscles my body probably didn't even know existed. My legs work out last night was great, but I am definitely feeling it today!!
I worked out twice today, some light cardio at lunch and then my abs program after work. I am proud of myself that even though I am sore and not as strong as I probably should be to do some of these work out routines, I am still doing them the best I can.
I am pretty exhausted though. So this will be a short blog as I just wanted to make an update of my progress. More to come soon when I get some time to make a full blog post.
